Data Scientist – AI Solutions

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Data Scientist to join our team and contribute to the development of our AI-driven solutions. In this role, you will be instrumental in collecting, analyzing, and modeling data, with a focus on leveraging large language models and cutting-edge AI frameworks. You will work closely with our team to build innovative solutions, experiment with new technologies, and contribute to the future of AI.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with data collection, cleaning, and preprocessing to ensure data quality.
  • Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
  • Build solutions that leverage the capabilities of large language models, including prompt engineering, RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation), and Agentic AI.
  • Experiment with cutting-edge AI frameworks (LangChain, Semantic Kernel, LlamaIndex, NVIDIA NeMo, etc.) and customize them based on project needs.
  • Implement AI guardrails and performance metrics (accuracy, fairness, faithfulness, etc.).
  • Contribute to the development and testing of machine learning models.
  • Generate clear and compelling data visualizations to communicate insights
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement robust data solutions.
  • Document processes, methodologies, and results for future reference and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of statistical concepts and data analysis methodologies.
  • Familiarity with programming languages, particularly Python.
  • Exposure to LLM consumption using APIs or AI studios, and various prompt engineering techniques.
  • Exposure to AI frameworks like LangChain, Semantic Kernel, LlamaIndex, NVIDIA NeMo, etc.
  • Understanding of vectorization, embeddings, and semantic search.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
